These terms apply when you buy or enroll in any Breath is Here program, class or digital product. Breath is Here is operated by Ashley James (“we,” “us”). By enrolling, you agree to them, to our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Health Disclaimer & Release.

Program details

Each program’s sales page lists its price, dates, enrollment window, what’s included, how long you have access, and any live sessions or support. The details shown on the sales page when you buy are part of these terms. If they ever conflict with these terms, the sales pages wins for that program.

Price and enrollment

• Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax required where you live.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal through Squarespace. We never see or store your full card number.

• We may offer free or reduced-price access codes at our discretion. These terms apply to them too.

• If you have a problem with a charge, please email hello@breathishere.com before disputing it with your bank so we can fix it.

Access

• Access starts and ends as described on the program’s sales page. If a sales page doesn’t say, access lasts 90 days from the program’s start date.

• In scheduled programs, sessions unlock on the dates and times listed for that program.

• Your access is for you alone. Please do not share your login, or download, record, copy or redistribute any program content.

• You’ll need an internet connect and a device that can play video or audio.

Live sessions

When a program includes a live session, held online (usually on Zoom) fore enrolled participants only, at the time listed on the sales page or sent by email. Live sessions may be recorded and shared only with participants in that program, inside the program. Cameras and microphones are optional. If we have to reschedule, we’ll email you a new time.

Support

When a program includes email support, you can write to hello@breathishere.com during the program. The reply time is listed on the sales page. Support covers the practices and the program; it isn’t medical advice, therapy or one-on-one coaching.

Refunds

• If a program isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase or the program’s start date, whichever is later, for a full refund.

• After that, purchases are final.

• If we cancel a program, you’ll get a full refund automatically.

• If a program has different refund terms, they’ll be listed on its sales page and those apply.

Changes to a program

We may adjust a program’s schedule or content for reasons like illness or technical problems. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email and offer a refund.

Ending access

We may remove access, without a refund, for anyone who breaks these terms or our Website Terms of Use, for example by sharing their login.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that program.
