Breath is Here is deeply committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, creating an inclusive online environment where all individuals, regardless of ability, can seamlessly access our tools, resources, and community without unnecessary friction or barriers.

What every program includes

• Captions on every video

• An audio-only version of every session

• A written transcript of every session

• Every practice works sitting in a chair or wheelchair, lying down, or standing

• Plain-language instructions, no prior experience assumed

• Live classes, when a program includes one, held on Zoom with live captions turned on, and a recording afterward

The website

We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Some parts of the site, like Squarespace's checkout and the Vimeo video player, are run by other companies and are outside our direct control.
